Work Engagement Assessment (Premium)
This assessment is used to measure how engaged employees are with their organization or work. The more engaged employees are, the greater the employees' active contribution to the job or organization. The more engaged employees, the more competitive an organization will be.
This Premium Work Engagement Assessment consist of 2 parts of assessment.
First Part: Work Engagement Scale.
This assessment is used to measure how engaged employees are with their organization or work. The more engaged employees are, the greater the employees' active contribution to the job or organization. The more engaged employees, the more competitive an organization will be.
Second Part: People Engagement Assessment.
This People Engagement (PE) Assessment is used for identifying the ROOT CAUSE FACTORS that made employees ENGAGED or DIS-ENGAGED with the organization/work.
What is obtained:
- Comprehensive report, contains:
- Level of Engagement in each Unit, Branch, Department and Division
- Ratio Number of Engagement Levels (% Boat Rower, % Audience, % Boat Sinker) in each Division/Department/ Unit
- Factors causing engagement or disengagement
- Level of Engagement in each Unit, Branch, Department and Division
- Proposed corrective actions
- 1 hour online discussion with the coach
*) What is meant by a leader is someone in the organizational structure who has direct subordinates. If someone is in the organizational structure but does not have direct subordinates, then the leader category is not included in the definition above.
So the total number of leaders are in accordance with the level in the organizational structure that have direct subordinates from the top to the bottom structure.
Example:
- Director level: there are 3 directors who have subordinates directly under the director. It counts as 3 leaders.
- Level of Head of Division/Divisional Manager: there are 5 Heads of Division, but only 4 of those who have direct subordinates, then it counts as 4 leaders not 5.
- Department head/Department manager level: there are 8 Department Managers, but only 6 Managers who have direct subordinates. So only 6 leaders are counted.
