5 building blocks of Team Assessment (Premium)
This assessment is used to find the factors that cause a team to be ineffective and unproductive. If you see or feel that your team is unproductive then this assessment can help you identify the causes. This assessment uses the 5-block model of productive team building and its causal factors. The 5 causal factors measured were: Absence of Trust, Fear of Conflict, Lack of Commitment, Avoiding Accountability and Inattention to Results.
What is obtained:
- Comprehensive report, contains:
- Productivity level of a team
- Dysfunctionality ratio number (percentage) and detailed weak points of each building block
- Proposed corrective and preventive actions
- 1 hour online discussion with the coach
Example of a team:
- A team of managers (across divisions or departments)
- A team of heads of units or sections (across units or sections)
- A team within one division/department or within one unit/section
- Directors Level Team: number of directors + number of individuals one level below the directors
- Division Level Team: 1 division head + number of individuals one level below division head
- Department Team Level: 1 department head + number of individuals one level below department head
Assessment can be done for the whole organization or conducted per level as example above.
